The plant paradox program consist of: I. 3-day cleanse, II. repair period and III. dietary lifestyle.

plant paradox theories:
1. "...it starts with plant proteins called lectins.": a carbohydrate (Cm(H2O)n)-binding protein and a natural toxin in plants. Gluten is its cousin.
2. fruit types: naked (bad) vs coated. Coated and ripe (good).
    a. naked fruits dissuaders: phytates (P), trypsin (enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of peptide
        bonds) inhibitors, and lectins.
    b. tannins and alkaloids
    c. nightshade family which includes goji berries, grains and legumes.
3. fructose (plants) vs. glucose and leptin "the satiety hormone"
4. Avoid ethylene oxide blasted fruits with high lectin content.
